Basically disappointed in the hotel. As I said above, the room was so damp and you couldn't adjust the temperature in the room.

Nice hotel conveniently located close to public transport and attractions. The room was rather small but was clean and tidy. The air conditioner was old and noisy and the carpet was looking a little old and worn. Solo Traveler
They were very accommodating with our luggage, as we left it there after we checked out. The staff was helpful with directions and parking. Very friendly people and all around an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is centrally located just off 5th Avenue near Bryant Park and an easy walk to Times Square and the subway. It is very clean and the rooms are nicely decorated, including plasma TVs. I would definitely stay there again. ...read more

A very acceptable bussiness hotel. Little charm, but great location. clean, safe, hotel with comfortable beds. Not much more, but easy access to subway and trains - Lobby is large and loud - not a great place to try and meet guests or discuss biz. ...read more
